Notice to Customers:
Since a good cooperation with customers is the basis of high-level and high-quality translation, please read this article carefully before your commission for our company.
1. Please make arrangement as early as possible unless it is an urgent matter. The following fact should be useful for your timing: usually we can do 20,000 per day. (Chinese characters).
2. Please provide with both electronic version and printed copy of the manuscript to avoid misunderstanding. Necessary supportive information should be provided in order to make sure that translators are able to finish their jobs quickly and precisely. We carry out our translation and editing with exact accuracy in accordance with the original manuscript provided.
3. We have only the responsibility to the accuracy of our translation, regardless of its origin, purpose and content. No service is provided for translation of unlawful content.
4. In the process of translation, written notice should be submitted while changes are to be made by the customers.
5. Microsoft Word count is used in counting numbers of words in all manuscripts (Chinese characters). Charges are based on a minimum of 1,000 words. Certificates will be charged according to their numbers.
6. An agreement on translation commission is to be signed for large quantity of translation. All matters will be dealt with accordingly.
7. Dissent should be submitted within 7 days after the translation is received. Amendment and complement are be made by us when there are recognized mistakes in the translation.
8. We will keep all manuscripts confidential. If you have special requirement, please notice us early and the agreement of confidentiality will be signed 9. Warranty service is provided in the period of quality assurance. We make timely response to all inquiries
